Seddon is to deliver a £2.5 million scheme to build a builders merchant facility on the site of a former food processing plant near the Sharston Interchange on the M56.
This latest development project, known as Checkpoint, will also see the firm construct a 19,000 sq ft unit and large storage yard.
Work on the site, which is just off Altrincham Road has already begun and is due to be completed by September 2016.
This project is being led by the Seddon Developments side of the firm and will be delivered by its construction business.
Seddon has a diverse portfolio of successful development projects, having previously worked with major retailers and commercial property developers.
The firm supports clients throughout the development cycle, from land acquisition and the planning process to securing financing and joint ventures.
Recent projects include the speculative development of the 43,000 sq ft Matrix Point site in Chorley into commercial premises.

Jamie Seddon, Managing Director of Seddon Developments, said: "Development opportunities of this scale and proximity to the Greater Manchester conurbation are increasingly rare.
"We are very happy to offer a unique proposition to companies looking for new facilities and production centres that are easily accessible and connected to the region.”
