Builder and developer Seddon has been appointed to all ten lots on the North West Construction Hub’s Low Value framework.
The £190 million turnover construction firm can now bid for contracts worth between £500k up to £2 million awarded through the North West Construction Hub.
The projects for work in Cumbria, Cheshire, Greater Manchester, Lancashire, and Merseyside are worth between £500,000 and £2 million.
Seddon will be on the framework for three years, with an option to extend for another year.
In March last year, Seddon was also appointed to 10 out of 12 lots for schemes valued up to £9 million on the North West Construction Hub’s Medium Value Framework (£2m - £9m).
Jonathan Seddon, Managing Director of Seddon, said: "We have a fantastic record for delivering high-quality schemes for our clients and we are delighted that we’ve been selected for this framework.
"The North West Construction Hub framework will allow us to build on our current reputation across the region and give us a platform for growth into 2016 and well beyond.”
North West Construction Hub frameworks help public sector organisations to reduce procurement costs and allow contractors to drive cost efficiencies and deliver additional social and economic benefits to communities in project locations.
